- Layout and design of fiber routes based upon your pre-designated locations
- Right-of-way acquisition
- All-Dielectric Self-Supporting (ADSS) or Optical Ground Wire (OPGW) fiber-optic cable in any configuration you require
- All pole hardware (nuts, bolts, suspensions, brackets, dead-ends, etc.)
- Splice enclosures and necessary splicing materials
- Splicing labor
- Fiber testing (on the reel and after splicing, respectively)
- Maintenance coils every 1,000 to 1,500 feet
- All necessary traffic control
